"Mortar Sculpting" is a sculpting technique that requires particular skill among the decorative concrete technologies that use concrete and mortar. It mainly involves applying mortar to walls and, while it is still soft before it hardens, sculpting it with a knife or tapping it with a brush to create the appearance of real stones or bricks stacked together. This technique excels at recreating historical European streetscapes and old brick walls. By using a specially developed mortar for sculpting called "Carving Mix," we have made this specialized technique of mortar sculpting, which was previously only possible for a very limited number of skilled craftsmen, more accessible.
