We will propose competitive products for your product lineup.
We would like to introduce a development case of the soft-close mechanism components for sliding doors of a kitchen cabinet, handled by Kyoei Kanamono Seisakusho. We received a request from a client to "create a soft-close product that is highly functional and inexpensive." In response, we adopted a small and cost-effective disk damper. By converting the soft-close function from a linear direction to a rotational direction and utilizing the disk damper, we achieved the soft-close feature. By using the cost-effective disk damper and reducing the number of components, we successfully achieved significant cost and size reductions compared to conventional products. [Case Study] - Product: Soft-close mechanism components for sliding doors of kitchen cabinets - Adoption of a small and inexpensive disk damper - Achieved cost and size reductions for soft-close products - Added to the lineup of new in-house products with high added value - Patents obtained not only in Japan but also overseas *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Our company, Kyoei Kanamono Seisakusho Co., Ltd., does not own a factory. In the past, we had a full set of equipment for manufacturing press machines and molds, and we also had employee dormitories and a baseball team. However, as the times changed and in response to further demands from our customers, we began to face many issues, such as opportunity losses due to limitations of in-house equipment, and even if we introduced automation equipment, it took time to master that equipment and costs became high. In light of this, we have transitioned to a system where we collaborate with partner factories that specialize in each process to propose optimal quality and cost to our customers. (There are many factories specializing in parts processing around us and in nearby Higashi-Osaka.) Thanks to this, we have been able to focus on more complex and advanced product development, receiving high praise from many major manufacturers and partner companies. Moving forward, we will continue to pursue satisfying proposals that add a twist to a more competitive society, striving to realize a manufacturing industry that thrives together.
