Guidelines for minimum road width during the delivery and removal of unit houses.
We will provide information on the minimum road width required for the delivery and pickup of our unit houses (Type 2 to 4). For a 3-ton crane truck moving straight, a minimum road width of 2.5 meters is required, assuming good road conditions and no obstacles. For entry, a road without corner cuts measuring 4.4m x 4.4m can only accommodate a 3-ton crane truck. Additionally, for a 4-ton crane truck and an 11-ton crane truck moving straight, a minimum road width of 2.8 meters is required. [Conditions] ■ For a 3-ton crane truck: - A road without corner cuts measuring 4.4m x 4.4m can only accommodate a 3-ton crane truck. - No obstacles and minimum effective dimensions are required. ■ For a 4-ton crane truck: - No obstacles and minimum effective dimensions are required. - During assembly/disassembly: A crane truck is required for single-story three-unit buildings and two-story two-unit buildings or larger. ■ For an 11-ton crane truck: - No obstacles and minimum effective dimensions are required. - During assembly/disassembly of a four-unit house: A crane truck is required for the delivery of a single four-unit house. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
