The "Mini-Carl" is a JEIC-type screw press dewatering machine that has been further miniaturized and enhanced in performance compared to conventional sludge dewatering machines, designed to have an installation volume that is a fraction of the traditional size. It is equipped with an automatic stop detection circuit that automatically detects the completion of dewatering, allowing for a consistent dewatered sludge to be obtained. Regardless of the concentration of the slurry, it automatically stops when the desired moisture content is reached through special control.
