Quantitative evaluation of office usage! Analyzing employee behavior to utilize in design and layout.
We would like to introduce examples of the indoor and outdoor location information solution "Genavis Positioning Platform." This system can be utilized to optimize office layouts and improve operational efficiency by measuring employee movement patterns and the volume of communication between departments. For instance, it is possible to consider improvement proposals for various issues and requests within the office, such as allowing access to materials only in specific meeting rooms, using location information as a basis. 【Features】 ■ Understand the current state of the office from employee location information - Grasp the time spent in meetings and the number of participants - Acquire movement patterns of people using shared equipment like printers - Significantly increase the number of subjects and time compared to observations by investigators ■ Validate the effects before and after changes to the office layout *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
