We have proposed design changes that are feasible in production and can be kept within appropriate costs.
We would like to introduce a case study of the production of a stand/frame (umbrella holder) requested by a junior high school. In the initial design communicated by the customer, it was not feasible to perform bending processing on stainless steel. Therefore, we contacted the designer and proposed design changes that would be practical for production and fit within an appropriate cost. As a result, the appearance improved, and the traces of processing became invisible. 【Case Study】 ■Product Category: Stand/Frame ■Application: Umbrella Holder ■Delivery Destination: Junior High School ■Size: 600×1100 ■Materials: Square Pipe, Round Bar ■Material: Stainless Steel 304 ■Finish: Hairline *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Manufacturing of Frames, Various Shelves, and Pit Frames】 ■ A frame generally refers to a structure or platform used to hold items that should not be placed directly on the ground. ■ Since the structure, size, and materials vary depending on what will be placed on it, custom-made options are preferable. ■ Recently, it has become well-known as something to be placed under solar power panels, but originally it is not limited to solar power panels. ■ Pit frames for inspection pits and various shelves are also custom-made. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
