【Applicable Conditions (Excerpt)】 ■ Applicable for pipe diameters from φ800mm to φ3,000mm ■ The test is conducted by applying a pressure of 0.5MPa (maximum value) and the pressure drop rate of 80% after holding for 5 minutes is used as the judgment criterion ■ The standard test slope for the pipeline is up to 5%, and for slopes greater than this, separate safety measures will be implemented to allow testing ■ The spacing between pipe joints must be 50mm or less, with a step difference of 20mm or less, and an internal diameter difference of 20mm or less ■ Applicable pipe types include PC pipes, FRPM pipes, concrete pipes, ductile pipes, steel pipes, polyethylene pipes, etc. ■ Testing is possible even with a water depth of about 10 to 20mm inside the pipe, depending on the size of the internal diameter * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
