This is technically achieved by accelerating molten droplets or softened powders at high speeds to collide with the material's surface, resulting in rapid cooling and solidification to form a coating, enabling diversification and enhancement of material functions. By applying metal and ceramic thermal spraying as a base for fluororesin coatings, adhesion and wear resistance are significantly improved. There are also coatings that do not allow any adhesion of duct tape or adhesives.
