Additionally, recently we have made it possible to include an automatic selection option with multiple installed tools to reduce the setup time for tool changes on grooving processing shafts, and we can also support control via QR codes or barcodes. We also manufacture lines centered around tenoners, such as "instant adhesive machine → receiving and feeding conveyor → side tenoner → intermediate conveyor → end tenoner" (other configurations available upon consultation). With our hot and cold instant adhesive machines, in a single line, we can send tenoners at a takt time of approximately 45 seconds per piece.
