House survey

This is a survey to compare and examine the condition of the house before the start of construction and after its completion.

A "building survey" is an investigation targeting areas within a site that are likely to be affected by construction work, conducted by a third party. There are preliminary and post-construction surveys that measure and record the current state, including changes over time, leakage conditions, defects in fixtures, and the tilt or subsidence of the building, along with photographic documentation. Through these preliminary and post-construction surveys, it is determined whether any damage existed prior to the construction or if it was caused by the construction work.
