We would like to introduce a case study of the logistics system for medical and pharmaceutical products, 'Medical-Vision.' A major domestic pharmaceutical manufacturer faced the challenge of needing to switch their logistics system to a logistics outsourcing model while simultaneously transitioning to a direct sales logistics system, as well as updating their existing wholesale logistics system.
