We have three water jet machines for cutting and processing aluminum-titanium alloys!
Our company uses three water jet machines to cut aluminum and titanium alloys into various shapes. The processed materials are utilized in aircraft components, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and solar power generation device parts. The newly installed third water jet machine is a 5-axis machining center (3D compatible with high yield) with specifications for a maximum plate thickness of 290mm and high-speed capabilities. 【Processing capabilities of each machine】 ■ Water Jet Machine No. 1 ・180mm × 2000mm × 4000mm ■ Water Jet Machine No. 2 ・180mm × 1300mm × 1300mm ■ Water Jet Machine No. 3 ・290mm × 2000mm × 4000mm *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Shinwa Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. has been operating as a company specializing in the contract processing of aluminum sheet cutting and the sale of aluminum sheets, profiles, and small lot cut pieces, primarily in the North Kanto region, since its establishment. For over a decade, we have been enhancing added value and moving closer to final products to meet customer needs, supplying optimal materials by leveraging the manufacturing and application technologies for aluminum materials that we have cultivated over many years. We are also engaged in the fields of machining, precision processing, and welding processing. We continue to strive daily with the mindset of "processing from the material's perspective" and "material from the processing perspective," focusing on the development and selection of easily processed materials, and providing ideas for processing methods and material treatments that minimize distortion during processing.
