The "STA-12G" is an improved version of the old 120Ω gauge amplifier "LCA-124 (discontinued)," designed for 1 and 2 gauge applications. It has changed the amplification ratios from 1,000 and 2,000 times to 800 and 1,600 times. With this change, for example, when set to 800 times, a strain of 1μStrain is output as exactly 1mV, making conversion easier.
