Using VR technology, it is possible to capture individual damage situations in 360°, allowing for a record of each circumstance that can aid in recovery efforts. By understanding the conditions of clients, facilities used, tourist spots, and planned visit locations, and if smartphones can be used in a network environment, images can be checked to assess what support can be provided at disaster sites, serving as materials for discussions with victims. Starting from September 1, 2018 (Disaster Prevention Day), we will launch the service "Disaster Recovery View," which allows for extensive broadcasting of the exterior, grounds, and interiors through street view, as well as information registration on a dedicated panorama view site and posting on social media and video sites. Additionally, it will be possible to archive these images for sharing with local governments and related organizations. We will also re-capture efforts and achievements related to recovery.
