●Benchmark Surveying We were the first in the regional industry to introduce surveying equipment and have accumulated that technology. Benchmark surveying is fundamental to surveying and is the most important work process, so we carefully consider the surveying methods before starting the work. ●Leveling Survey We possess a first-class leveling instrument certified by the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan, the "Sokkia PL1," and an electronic level, the "Zeiss DiNi12," which are mainly used for ground deformation survey work for the Geospatial Information Authority, Niigata Prefecture, and municipalities. ●Topographic Survey Depending on the terrain conditions, we conduct rapid and high-precision surveys using a combination of RTK-GPS, total stations, and electronic leveling instruments. ●Cultural Property Investigation Under the Cultural Property Protection Law, we assist clients with the investigation of buried cultural properties in civil engineering works, including the installation of reference stakes, structural investigations, and the creation of drawings. ●River Ledger Maintenance Using our uniquely developed river ledger management system, we conduct integrated operations from data collection to report creation and management through electronic data. ●Flow Measurement We perform observations to calculate flow rates using a flow meter based on water depth and flow velocity, as well as observations from boats or using buoys.
