The "FLP27BA" is a high-efficiency floor-mounted low-profile air conditioning unit that achieves "free cooling and heating" and "increased capacity" simply by replacing existing two-pipe system fan coil units. Existing water piping can be used as is. The "reverse mode operation" of "heating with cold water" and "cooling with hot water" enables free cooling and heating even with a two-pipe system.
