Additional information on new materials! Long-term performance simulation program for concrete structures.
"LECCA2-Lite" is a long-term performance simulation program for concrete structures. It can quantitatively capture the time-dependent changes in deterioration phenomena due to carbonation, salt damage, or freeze-thaw damage in two dimensions. Designed for use by general engineers, it has been developed to limit the analysis modes in "LECCA2" to the necessary range for practical applications. While maintaining the conventional simulation accuracy, it minimizes the number of input parameters, resulting in a more intuitive and user-friendly specification. Additionally, information on new materials based on recent findings has been added, making it suitable for the formulation of maintenance management plans. 【Function List】 ■ 2D FEM calculation ■ Prediction of surface concentration and diffusion coefficient ■ Calculation of rebar corrosion amount ■ Maintenance management plan ■ Visual result display *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Overview】 ■ Salt Damage Calculation - Set boundary conditions according to the respective environments of marine and terrestrial structures, and predict the distribution of chloride ions in concrete through 2D FEM analysis. ■ Frost Damage Calculation - Calculate the temperature changes in concrete using associated meteorological data. ■ Carbonation Calculation - Predict the depth of carbonation using 2D FEM considering the diffusion of carbon dioxide and the reaction with calcium hydroxide. ■ Reinforcement Corrosion - For the rebar in concrete affected by salt damage or carbonation, predict the timing of corrosion occurrence and the timing of crack formation due to corrosion. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

We are engaged in a wide range of fields centered on scientific and technological calculations in areas such as structures, fluids, electricity, and chemistry, focusing on the contract development of numerical analysis software using methods like the finite element method and boundary element method. Additionally, we handle many packages and analysis support tools, including general-purpose codes (such as Simcenter 3D, Simcenter Nastran, and Simcenter Femap), and through contract calculations, maintenance, and sales of these tools, we have cultivated advanced techniques for building analysis models.
