In metal shaping, it is possible to incorporate complex shapes by integrating three-dimensional water channels into molds, which improves production efficiency through enhanced cooling rates, reduces mold production days by adding some additional shaping, and decreases welding labor and jig requirements by creating multiple parts as a single unit. It also contributes to mold-less production (reducing management labor and storage space) and lightweight technology, proving useful in various industries.
