Fluororesin coating to prevent discoloration and chipping caused by contact with metal on tablets!
This is an introduction to development and solution cases related to pharmaceuticals. In the process of manufacturing sugar-coated tablets, there was a problem where the tablets would discolor or suffer from cracking and chipping due to contact with metal containers. Therefore, our company proposed a fluororesin coating for the inner surface of the sugar-coated tablet manufacturing container, which is excellent in abrasion resistance and prevents the tablets from coming into direct contact with metal. [Challenges] ■ Application: Pharmaceuticals ■ In the process of manufacturing sugar-coated tablets, discoloration, cracking, and chipping occur due to contact between the tablets and metal. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
