The "FEP27DA/37DA" is a high-efficiency ceiling-mounted cassette type air conditioning unit that achieves "free cooling and heating" and "increased capacity" simply by replacing the existing two-pipe system's fan coil unit. The existing water piping can be used as is. The "reverse mode operation" of "heating with cold water" and "cooling with hot water" allows for free cooling and heating even with a two-pipe system.
