[Example] Positioning of drilling locations and elevation measurement associated with geological surveys.
Observation of reference points using network RTK! The entire work was completed in 2 days.
We would like to introduce a case study utilizing network-based RTK in the "boring position setting and elevation measurement associated with geological surveys" conducted by Yamaguchi Land Survey Co., Ltd. In this case, we were commissioned to set the boring positions and measure elevations during a geological survey for a new road construction project. The survey area was nearly 10 km, with 20 separate survey points that were quite distant from each other. It was estimated that conventional benchmark surveying and leveling would take more than 10 days to complete. Additionally, the points were far from nearby triangulation points, which would require excessive man-hours for leveling. Due to requests from the client, we decided to proceed with the work using network-based RTK. [Work Overview] 1. Coordinate setting of survey points based on the preliminary planning map. 2. Benchmark observation using network-based RTK. 3. Verification of local positions and elevations through coordinate calculations. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
