Strong against vibrations, reusable! Anti-loosening! 'E-LOCK Nut'
E-LOCK nut
The three-blade design provides stable anti-loosening effects! Thanks to the high-strength friction ring, it can be reused multiple times! [Manufactured by Osaka Forming Co., Ltd.]
The "E-LOCK Nut" handled by Daiichi Industry features a three-blade design that enhances its anti-loosening function and possesses the strength to withstand repeated use. In the case of conventional two-blade products, one blade gets lodged in the thread valley, effectively resulting in a state of anti-loosening with only "one blade," leading to concerns about stability. However, this product's three-blade design effectively increases thread stability with "two blades." Additionally, durability tests under vibration showed no deformation in the three friction rings of this product, proving its ability to withstand repeated use due to the sustained effect of the springs. (Other manufacturers' nuts with high anti-loosening functions may experience deformation.) **Features** 1) The three-blade design provides a more stable anti-loosening effect compared to conventional products. 2) Prevents early detachment even if the tightening axial force decreases. 3) Strong and capable of withstanding repeated use. ★ This product is from Osaka Forming Co., Ltd. basic information
【Basic Functions】 ◆ It exhibits a stable anti-loosening effect. ◆ It prevents early detachment even if the tightening axial force decreases. ◆ Intermediate locking is possible. ◆ It is suitable for tightening soft or easily damaged materials. ◆ Installation work is easy and prevents installation errors. ◆ Being an all-metal product, it excels in heat and cold resistance. ◆ It can be reused multiple times. Axial Right Angle Vibration Loosening Test In the loosening test, a comparative test was conducted between a highly anti-loosening nut from another manufacturer and the E-LOCK nut, yielding results that were equal to or better than the competitor. The two-piece friction ring of the competitor's nut deformed after use, making repeated use difficult, whereas the three-piece friction ring of the E-LOCK nut showed no deformation after use, allowing for repeated use due to the sustained effect of the spring.

Company information
Connecting things to things. We propose the optimal fastening solutions to meet our customers' needs. Behind this proposal capability lies our technical expertise to analyze and evaluate everything from materials to fasteners, our development and manufacturing capabilities to design and produce both bolts and nuts, and our procurement strength with partnerships with 200 cooperating manufacturers. Through the small component of screws, we contribute to the development of various industries. At Daiichi Kogyo, we manufacture both bolts and nuts. Although they are both "screws," the manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials for bolts and nuts are different. We possess the processing equipment and know-how for both. With 60 years of experience in screw manufacturing, as a specialized group that produces both bolts and nuts, we leverage our accumulated know-how to provide the bolts and nuts that our customers need.
