Detailed information
-
High Rigidity PP This is a PP sheet with higher heat resistance and rigidity than standard PP sheets. It also excels in chemical resistance and water vapor barrier properties, and top sealing is possible.
-
Wear-resistant PP / Super wear-resistant PP Due to its excellent wear resistance, the abrasion of the tray caused by contact with parts is reduced. Additionally, it is strong against impact and can withstand repeated use. The layer ratio can be adjusted according to the application.
-
Impact-resistant PVC It has excellent moldability, allowing for the enhancement of complex deep-drawn molded curved designs. Cost reduction from injection-molded products is also possible due to small lots and a variety of types.
-
Biomass PP The composition ratio of PP is approximately 20-25%, using materials derived from biomass (sugarcane) for the PP sheet.
-
Electrostatic Discharge Prevention Recycled PET A sheet made from 100% recycled materials is coated with electrostatic ink to protect electronic components from static electricity.
-
Biodegradable resin decomposes into water and carbon dioxide when used in home composting devices, etc. It also reduces CO₂ emissions during incineration, achieving carbon neutrality.
-
Foamed PC It has the characteristics of being lightweight, highly rigid, and heat-resistant due to the foamed material. Improvements in quality and reduction of environmental impact are expected.
