The ESCO method is a completely different new business model from leasing contracts. No initial investment is required from the customer, and it will definitely achieve cost reduction.

ESCO stands for Energy Service Company, which is a business model where we guarantee cost reductions through system implementation, and customers pay usage-based fees according to their water consumption. Additionally, we handle the financing for necessary equipment and construction costs for system implementation, and we also take care of maintenance, allowing customers to avoid any financial risks. 【Difference from Lease Contracts】 Example: Assuming a monthly water supply fee of 1 million yen with a successful 20% reduction ● Lease: Water supply fee of 800,000 yen (paid to local government) Lease equipment cost of 500,000 yen (60-month contract) ● ESCO Method: Water supply fee of 800,000 yen (paid to ESCO provider) (120-month contract) The above is a simple example.
