Introducing a case study of a logistics center constructed using ALC for the exterior wall material!
We will introduce a case study of "system construction," which allows for the selection of suitable roofs, walls, and structures based on the purpose and size of factories and warehouses, as well as regional environmental factors, achieving short construction periods and low costs. The logistics center located in Chiba Prefecture is adjacent to an existing warehouse that we constructed three years ago. It is a three-story building with a length of 59.3m and a width of 32.9m. The exterior wall material used is ALC, and the steel frame construction was carried out at our Tochigi factory. It primarily handles fertilizers and synthetic resins, and all internal areas are equipped with loading skids. 【Construction Case Study】 ■ Completion Date: March 2007 (Heisei 19) ■ Location: Chiba Prefecture ■ Total Floor Area (for both buildings): 11,699m2 (3,540 tsubo) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
