Introducing a case study of a logistics center that adopted a fumigation warehouse (Special A specification)!
We will introduce examples of "system construction" that allow for the selection of suitable roofs, walls, and structures based on the purpose, size, and regional environment of factories and warehouses, achieving short construction periods and low costs. In Ibaraki Prefecture, we carried out the construction of a new warehouse in the owner's site operating yard for a logistics center. This is our first fumigation chamber (Special A specification) using system construction. The exterior wall material is corrugated sheet, and the substructure material is C-shaped purlins. There are two parallel main warehouse buildings. A single-story break room building was placed under the eaves of the existing warehouse. 【Construction Example】 ■ Completion Date: January 2008 (Heisei 20) ■ Location: Ibaraki Prefecture ■ Total Floor Area: 8,870 m² (2,683.18 tsubo) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
