Introducing a case study of a food logistics center that adopted system construction only for the warehouse building!
We will introduce examples of "system construction" that allows for the selection of suitable roofs, walls, and structures based on the purpose and size of factories and warehouses, as well as regional environments, achieving short construction periods and low costs. At a food logistics center in Saitama Prefecture, the structure was divided into a warehouse building and an office building using EXP.J, with only the warehouse building adopting system construction. The exterior walls used corrugated sheets, and the warehouse entrance was equipped with an electric heavy-duty shutter and a sheet shutter measuring W=6.0m and H=5.0m. 【Construction Example】 ■ Completion Date: March 2010 (Heisei 22) ■ Location: Saitama Prefecture ■ Total Floor Area: 1,560m2 (472 tsubo) *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
