Introducing case studies of warehouses that secure an efficient and economical space!
We will introduce examples of "system construction" that allow for the selection of suitable roofs, walls, and structures based on the purpose and size of factories and warehouses, as well as regional environments, achieving short construction periods and low costs. The Class 1 warehouse located in Ibaraki Prefecture was developed on a site with significant elevation differences, starting from the construction phase. The eaves are 10 meters high, and the area beneath the eaves is finished with concrete flooring. The interior of the warehouse was designed to ensure an economical space without waste by calculating the height of the cargo in advance, and it was tailored to meet customer needs with vertical conveyors and elevators. 【Construction Example】 ■ Completion Date: October 2017 (Heisei 29) ■ Location: Ibaraki Prefecture ■ Total Floor Area: 6,876.48 m² (2,080 tsubo) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
