"TRS Base" is software that creates deterioration diagrams and quantity estimates by inputting building deterioration and failure points into TRSCAD drawings, and outputs quantity details and summary tables to Excel. Drawing legends can be individually managed for each organization or client. It is possible to set colors, line types, and serial numbers for each deterioration item such as cracks, lifting, and missing parts, allowing for the creation of clear and aesthetically pleasing deterioration drawings. Changes, additions, and deletions of drawing data can be easily corrected with the automatic serial number function, which instantly updates the serial numbers on the drawings. The corrected details and summary data are then output to Excel.
