No need to worry about dust generation from drilling or positioning concerns that arise with every layout change! This is an earthquake-resistant product that does not require anchor bolts. [Video available]
In earthquake countermeasures at factories, securing equipment with anchor bolts is common, but the following complaints are often heard: ■ Many facilities are not earthquake-resistant, and there is a risk of damage, including internally... ■ Costs arise from positioning work on the floor... ■ Marks are left from holes, dust flies every time the layout changes, and positioning work becomes cumbersome... ⇒ Such concerns can be resolved with the "Anshin Adjuster"! The "Anshin Adjuster" is an earthquake countermeasure product that can be installed without driving anchor bolts. It eliminates the need to drill holes in the floor, making it easy to attach to machine legs. It is also perfect for places where layouts are frequently changed. In terms of seismic resistance, it uses shock-absorbing gel, crush-resistant high-damping rubber, and a special adhesive that follows deformation, providing a triple earthquake-resistant (shock-absorbing) effect that prevents lateral and vertical shaking. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us. *This product has undergone experiments assuming a seismic intensity of 7 (equivalent to 1000 gal), but it does not guarantee the prevention of damage to equipment during an earthquake.

The Anshin Adjuster is an earthquake countermeasure product that can be installed without driving anchor bolts. It is ideal for places where you don't want to drill holes and frequently change layouts. It can withstand earthquakes equivalent to a seismic intensity of 7 (with a seismic period of 1 second and an earthquake acceleration of 1000 gal), addressing both horizontal and vertical shaking. On February 2, 2016, it obtained an international patent (in the United States). In addition to clean rooms where dust is not allowed and food and pharmaceutical factories, it can also be used for earthquake countermeasures in buildings with insufficient floor thickness for driving anchor bolts, such as those on the second floor and above. Moreover, while typical gels have low load-bearing capacity and require larger sizes to increase that capacity, the gel in the Anshin Adjuster is an industrial specialty product, making it compact while offering approximately ten times the load-bearing capacity compared to standard options. The Anshin Adjuster is also unaffected by conditions where water or oil may be present, such as factories, kitchens, and outdoor areas, as the gel is sealed with a dedicated adhesive called "Anshin Aiba."
