Tunnel Leakage Control Work and Line Drainage Work [B4] Construction Procedure

Introducing the construction procedure for the tunnel water leakage prevention method "Three S Method" using elastic materials.

We will introduce the construction procedure for the tunnel water leakage countermeasure work and line drainage work B4 type. Mark the area to be constructed, ensuring that the defective joints and other issues are centered, and perform layout marking suitable for the size. Cut with a cutter according to the marked position (dust control measures are necessary). Chisel out the interior of the cut to standard dimensions and wash the cut and chiseled areas with water. Apply epoxy resin adhesive to both sides of the drainage rubber (filling material) or the cutter cut surface, compress the drainage rubber by 10 mm, and insert it into the drainage groove, ensuring that the protruding parts are smooth. Attach masking tape to both sides of the protruding part of the drainage rubber and the chiseled area, and apply epoxy resin primer. After confirming the drying of the primer, fill and finish with epoxy resin putty to ensure it is smooth with the structure, then remove the masking tape to complete the work. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
