"Selcoat" is an inorganic permeable waterproofing material that densifies and waterproofs concrete structures. "Selcoat" is a waterproofing material composed of inorganic substances that penetrates the interior of concrete, chemically bonding with the main component of cement to close capillaries. By closing the capillaries, it forms a waterproof layer that prevents water penetration into the concrete. It is effective not only for waterproofing concrete tanks but also against salt damage and freeze damage. We will introduce the construction procedure for the tunnel water leakage countermeasure work and line drainage work B4 type. Mark the area to be constructed, ensuring that the defective joints and other issues are centered, and perform layout marking suitable for the size. Cut with a cutter according to the marked position (dust control measures are necessary). Chisel out the interior of the cut to standard dimensions and wash the cut and chiseled areas with water. Apply epoxy resin adhesive to both sides of the drainage rubber (filling material) or the cutter cut surface, compress the drainage rubber by 10 mm, and insert it into the drainage groove, ensuring that the protruding parts are smooth. Attach masking tape to both sides of the protruding part of the drainage rubber and the chiseled area, and apply epoxy resin primer. The Three S Method is a water leakage prevention measure for tunnels using elastic materials.
