The device 'wiper' automates the cleaning of dispensers and nozzles that were previously done manually. Its ultra-compact size allows for direct attachment to dispensing devices.
The "Ultra-Compact Automatic Dispenser Cleaner" is an automated device that automatically cleans dispenser nozzles manufactured by a German precision and automation equipment manufacturer. The materials that can be wiped include adhesives, epoxy resins, UV-curable adhesives, two-component mixed adhesives, grease, silicone, and solder, among others. It is capable of automatically cleaning the outer surface of dispenser nozzles, enabling the automation of dispenser cleaning in automated manufacturing lines. This technology is being increasingly adopted across a wide range of industries, particularly in the automotive sector, where automation of manufacturing lines is advancing, as well as in electronics, semiconductors, drug discovery, and cosmetics, primarily in Europe and the United States. We will be demonstrating the product at the upcoming Nepcon Japan / Factory Innovation Week, held from October 23 to 25 at Port Messe Nagoya, Booth No.: N38-1. We invite you to stop by and see it for yourself. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
