■Automatic measurement of length and area by simply clicking on PDF drawings with the mouse - You can measure lengths and areas just by tracing lines on the drawing with the mouse. It can also measure uneven or circular shapes, allowing for the capture of deformed exterior structures. - Each dimension of the measurement results is automatically set in the calculation formula field when picking settings for each part. The set calculation formulas and quantities can be directly modified. Additionally, it is possible to input calculation formulas directly. ■Aggregation tables can be directly edited for easy response to design changes, and quantity differences can also be printed - Quantities are automatically aggregated by room and by part. Editing functions such as quantity changes, finish changes, finish totals, and finish additions greatly enhance the ability to respond to design changes and value engineering (VE). - When modifications are made to part-specific or subject-specific aggregations, the changed finishes and quantities are reflected in the picked data in real-time. ■Input function for IFC files for BIM tool integration - Imports IFC files created with BIM tools.
