We would like to introduce the assembly status of the soundproof panels for the press line measuring 27,000×6,000×5,500H. The automatic lifting shutter is assembled in-house, where electrical wiring and operational checks are conducted. The drive unit is a crucial part that significantly affects the performance and quality of the soundproof room, so we take ample time to check it thoroughly before shipment. Additionally, 10-ton trucks and large trailers can access the factory. The wiring for the automatic lifting shutter is kept intact, and the entire drive unit is transported to the site in a modular state. At the delivery site, the automatic lifting shutter unit will be installed. Since most of the checks have already been completed in-house, the final checks will involve coordinating with the existing equipment and verifying the operation. As a result, we significantly shorten the on-site work process.
