We are a manufacturer of architectural steel frame components based in Tokorozawa. Our main focus is on the manufacturing and processing of steel frame construction components, along with the production of architectural hardware, processing and sales of splice plates and gusset plates, sales of light caps (made of plastic), and sales of masking covers for painting called "Pettanko." Since our establishment in 1963, we have continued our business with the motto of "Creativity and Challenge," "Gratitude and Trust," and "Quality, Technology, and Development." We have received particular recognition for our stair stringer processing. We are also continuing new challenges, and in 2017, our masking tool for painted structural steel work, "Pettanko," was approved for utility model registration. "Pettanko" is a groundbreaking product that prevents paint from adhering to the connection parts of structural steel. If paint accidentally adheres to the connection parts, the coating can make the joint slippery, resulting in insufficient friction even when tightened with bolts, weakening the joint strength. "Pettanko" was developed to solve the problems faced by on-site painters who demand quality. It eliminates the hassle of applying masking tape, reduces work time, and decreases the amount of tape waste, thus lowering disposal costs and being environmentally friendly.
