An inline mixer suitable for two-component mixing with a large difference in mixing ratios! It is a continuous closed high-speed emulsification and dispersion machine with an internal circulation structure.
The homomix line flow is a continuous emulsifying disperser that incorporates the stirring section of a homomixer into a special container. It allows for control of the processing liquid passing through the homomixer and discharges it while circulating the stirring section at a constant frequency. Since the processing liquid is transferred by a pump, there is no need for large tanks like in batch types. The short shaft eliminates concerns about shaft wobble, making operation and maintenance easy.
