"Mobacon" is a mobile concrete manufacturing plant that can be mounted on a compact mobile crane. It is capable of producing and supplying various raw concrete products and special concrete materials (ultra-rapid hardening concrete) necessary for infrastructure maintenance, including cement solidification-based paving materials, on-site. This product can produce up to approximately 0.4m3 per batch, contributing to labor-saving and quality improvement at the site. Ecosystem Co., Ltd. has been engaged in the recycling of waste tiles, which were traditionally only disposed of in landfills, since 1999. We have developed various recycled paving materials (such as concrete-based) and have built a track record. Currently, we are expanding this business know-how nationwide through franchising and establishing a local recycling network for tiles. We are working on tile recycling across all of Japan. Initially, Mobacon was developed to create our tile recycling concrete paving materials. At the same time, we believe it can serve as a plant applicable for infrastructure maintenance and disaster response, contributing to the future development of the national land.
