We can manufacture small units under 1m² to medium-sized units around 300m². 【Types of Manufacturing】 ■ Fixed tube sheet heat exchangers: Used when the outside of the tubes is clean and less prone to scaling, or when scaling can be easily removed through chemical treatment. ■ U-tube heat exchangers: Allow for cleaning of the tube side by removing the U-tube bundle, and the tubes are free to expand thermally. ■ Kettle heat exchangers: Do not require a device to separate gas and liquid, and are suitable for low-pressure evaporators due to low head pressure. ■ Floating head heat exchangers: A structure where one tube sheet is fixed to one end of the shell with a flange, allowing the other tube sheet to move within the shell. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
