【Construction and Work Details】 ■ Concrete Placement - Remove air bubbles thoroughly with a vibrator ■ Level Indication - Set the height of the foundation concrete and screw heads to 8mm to 15mm ■ Latent Layer Removal - Remove the latent layer that causes peeling, level the surface, and roughen it ■ Application of Base Adjustment Material - Apply Royal W21 (can be omitted if applied on the same day as the foundation concrete placement) ■ Partition Installation - Create partitions at intervals of about 5m for easier leveling ■ Measurement of Mixing Water - Accurately measure 6 to 6.5L of clean water at 5 to 30°C ■ Mixing - Limit each mixing to a maximum of 2 bags and mix for more than 3 minutes with a hand mixer ■ Pouring - Pour one batch before the reaction/separation progresses in the mixing barrel (within 5 minutes) (If more than 5 minutes have passed, mix again) ■ Level Check - Check for any outflow from the gaps in the formwork and ensure there are no areas that have not reached the level ■ Curing - Use curing sheets regardless of weather or season (curing period is approximately 3 days in summer and 7 days in winter) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
