Since absolute value measurement can be performed with an analog mechanical mechanism, there is no need for computational analysis, and returning to the origin is unnecessary. Absolute value data can be communicated directly from the encoder via parallel and serial communication (BCD, RS-232C). From March 2019, RS-422 and RS-485 options are available. Communication can be differentiated for simultaneous use or according to application needs.
