The Horus Wonder Free is a simple and low-failure mechanism that can continuously operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, using a high-speed swirling and shearing method of gas-liquid mixing.

The microbubble device "Wandafuri," developed and sold by Horus, is a latecomer in the microbubble generation equipment market, and we have carefully considered the strengths and weaknesses of previously released devices in its development. Many generation devices are pressure-based, and we took into account their drawbacks, such as the rise in water temperature due to heating of the pressure tank and the difficulty of continuous generation. Therefore, we adopted a different principle of generation (a stable microbubble generation method using ultra-high-speed swirling and shearing of gas-liquid mixing). Our device can continuously generate stable microbubbles for hours, has a compact design with a high discharge volume, and boasts a robust and durable mechanism. Additionally, installation and operation are very simple. In actual usage scenarios, if air gets trapped (air enters the water supply inlet and stops the machine), it can automatically recover immediately without interrupting work. The safety features are also well-designed, allowing for quick water intake recovery in case of water leakage, with various thoughtful innovations considering practical usability. Furthermore, the initial machines produced at the start of experiments have been operating smoothly for over five years without repairs, and the pump body, which is likely to break, is manufactured by Kawamoto Seisakusho, with repair services available nationwide.
