【Operation】 The liquid egg supplied through the valve from the stainless steel hopper is stored between the water-cooled hopper roll and the first baking drum, gradually spreading evenly across the drum surface due to the rotation of the first baking drum. After one rotation, the baked egg is scraped off by a scraper and then the opposite side is baked again in the second baking drum. After baking is complete, it is automatically discharged, transferred to a conveyor, and drawn out. At the end of the conveyor, it is automatically cut to the specified dimensions by a tea towel cutter or a noodle cutter. Inside the first and second baking drums, burners for baking are installed, allowing the surface temperature of the baking drum to be adjusted by regulating the heat, and the rotation speed of the baking drum can be adjusted via a dial on the control panel, enabling adjustments to the browning of both sides of the egg batter and variations in thickness. *For more details, please refer to the PDF or contact us.*
