This document introduces the characteristics and construction procedures of the soil-based pavement "Tough Coat." This product is a soil-based pavement manufactured on-site by adding cement, a curing agent developed by our company, and a dedicated stabilizer to aggregates such as mountain sand, loamy soil, dam sand, and tile chips, along with water. Materials are loaded using a crane truck and produced with a mixer truck. After adjustments, the pouring begins. In addition, it can be poured in various locations using a concrete pump truck, and it has been pumped and poured from distances of up to 400 meters. 【Characteristics】 ■ Slip resistance value - Broom and trowel finish: 66–75 BPN - Washed and after aging: 68–70 BPN ■ Impact rebound coefficient - SB coefficient: 3 cm / 10 times (rebound elasticity) - GB coefficient: 70 cm / 10 times (impact absorption) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
