This is an introduction to examples of surface treatment for aluminum extrusions from Fuji Shokai, which sells aluminum extrusion materials. Previously, we received a request from a customer stating, "Please finish the surface with black paint." Anodic electrocoloring treatment is relatively inexpensive and allows for uniform processing through methods such as immersion in treatment tanks. After the usual processing, the material becomes insulated (non-conductive), but if the customer requests, for example, "I want it to be conductive," we do offer anodizing treatments that, while resulting in a specific color, provide conductivity.
