"Senju" is wood made from carefully selected high-quality materials sourced from Tochigi Prefecture, specifically from 60-year-old structural timber and 80-year-old or older finishing materials (such as wall panels, flooring, and framing) made from Yamizo cedar, cypress, and Oshu red pine. It has few root bends, black heartwood, and eccentric wood, with consistent and fine growth rings. The wood grain is very beautiful, with a lovely light red hue, making it suitable for interior materials.
