Ultra Black Super
Improving and stabilizing the quality of black dyeing! A revolutionary black dye that dyes both "steel" and "cast iron" black! It comprehensively improves issues such as color unevenness and early rust formation.
"Heating Black Dye Ultra Black Super" is a revolutionary heating black dye for steel and cast iron that finishes steel and cast iron, including reddish castings and special steels with poor color adhesion, in deep black. Various special steels can also be finished in deep black by slightly increasing the boiling temperature. It is a low-irritation odor type that suppresses the generation of irritating mist, significantly improving the working environment. Furthermore, we offer a "semi-automatic black dyeing machine" that allows for easy in-house black dyeing! *If you send us sample parts, we will return them after black dyeing! ■ Do you want to improve and stabilize black dyeing quality? Early red rust, color unevenness, bubbles, etc. Odec will propose solutions. Please feel free to consult us. 【Features】 ■ Black dyeing of steel, reddish cast iron, and special steels such as superalloys is possible under the same liquid and temperature conditions. ■ Reduces discoloration over time for cast iron and superalloys, maintaining the black coating for a longer period. ■ The treatment solution can be reused repeatedly by topping up. ■ Rinse water can be neutralized and discharged. ■ Generates less irritating mist, significantly reducing impact on the human body. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Other Features】 - The thickness of the black oxide film, which corresponds to the surface gloss of the material, does not affect dimensional accuracy and has excellent wear resistance, preventing peeling even when rubbed. - The film retains rust inhibitors, demonstrating excellent rust prevention effects (indoors). - The same chemicals and boiling temperatures form a magnetite (Fe3O4) coating on steel and cast iron. - Effective in reducing costs compared to plating treatments. - The treatment solution can be reused repeatedly by topping it up, making it economical. - Rinse water can be neutralized and discharged. - Packaging: 20kg in a poly bag inside a cardboard box. - A regulated substance for external pharmaceutical use. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
