Achieve high contact reliability even with low-level signals! Long-lasting micro switch!
Micro Switch PPUU Series
From low-level signal circuits to power circuits, from rare to high-frequency use, you will understand the high contact reliability when you use it! Micro switch PPUU series.
Our company's PPUU series micro switches have a wide control load range from low-level signal circuits to power circuits, providing high contact reliability even with infrequent to high-frequency use. Due to this high reliability, they are favored as micro switches for master controllers in railway vehicles. This product features our original power lead switch "Bestact," which has been proven to have high reliability in various usage environments compared to products from other companies. 【Product Features】*Comparison with equivalent products from other companies ○ "High contact reliability": Low failure rate and long lifespan due to unique contact mechanism ○ "Excellent environmental resistance": Minimal long-term degradation from external environments and strong against high temperatures and humidity ○ "High vibration and shock resistance": Strong against vibration and shock due to unique contact mechanism ○ "Compatible with small to large capacities": Operates with high contact reliability from small to large capacities ○ "Low maintenance frequency": Long lifespan reduces maintenance burden Customers looking for micro switches are welcome to consult with us. Company information
For over 40 years, our relays and sensors have been trusted and used in various markets where reliability and safety are essential, such as in Shinkansen (bullet trains) and steel manufacturing. With advantages such as an electrical lifespan that is twice that of standard relays and a failure rate of 1/20 under low loads, we contribute to improving equipment reliability while also reducing running costs by decreasing the frequency of replacements. Leveraging the excellent environmental resistance of our products, they perform well even in harsh conditions, such as in vegetable factories where humidity is present.
