At B.K.T., we have five laser processing machines with outputs ranging from 4 to 15 kW, two of which are particularly excellent for cutting thick plates. The maximum thickness that can be cut is 50t (50mm), and cuts beyond that can be made using our water jet processing machine. Our water jet processing machine can handle not only basic jobs with stainless steel and aluminum but also materials like copper and titanium, regardless of material type or plate thickness. For requests involving copper and aluminum with a thickness of 5.0mm or more, we particularly recommend water jet cutting due to the thermal effects. Please take a look at the cutting surfaces, intersections, and sharp angles of our samples. Laser clean cut and water jet cut are two cutting methods that can cut various materials and thicknesses. We realize small quantities of diverse products with short delivery times, responding to customer requests as much as possible. The biggest feature of BKT is "super short delivery times." We do not charge separate shipping fees from the product unit price in estimates, etc. Orders placed by 1:00 PM can be delivered the next day.
