Mold exchange allows for the production of bent hoses! Variable axis device.

No core needed! A device that can manufacture bending hoses from small to large diameters just by changing the mold!

The "Variable Axis Device" is a machine that produces the required bent hoses by moving the mold's nozzle in both the flow direction and the perpendicular direction as it is extruded from the extruder. In conventional manufacturing methods, a core was necessary, but this device eliminates the need for it, allowing for the production of bent hoses simply by changing the mold, from small diameters to large diameters. Additionally, the combination of a servo motor and NDS provides high repeatability accuracy. Furthermore, the data for bent hoses can be easily saved, making it simple to produce older types of bent hoses as well, which is suitable for diverse and small-lot production. 【Features】 ■ No core required ■ Bent hoses can be produced simply by changing the mold ■ High repeatability accuracy ■ Easy saving of bent hose data ■ Older types of bent hoses can also be easily produced *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
